New podcast and more…

I’ve recently come to terms with my own roadblocks and they all point me to the same new realization:

I don’t want to work alone.

So I’ve been making some changes and want to share what’s new as of late..

First, I’ve started a new podcast with Tracy E. McDowell, a fellow digital wellbeing educator, and digital feng shui strategist. They are fabulous, deeply knowledgeable, and a delightful co-host. We’re calling our show:

Tech-Know: A podcast about improving our relationship to the technologies we use every day
